How It Works: Have hope, share it; Need hope, receive it. All in 30 seconds! When it comes to navigating life’s challenges—big and small—hope is what keeps us going. But far too often hope can be hard to find, and sometimes we end up feeling hope-less. That’s where Project Hope Exchange (PHE) comes in. By collecting, aggregating, and sharing 30second messages of hope, PHE aims to be a vital resource for people looking to get hope, as well as providing a meaningful pathway to advocacy for people looking to give hope. So whether you’re someone in the throes of adversity or an adversity survivor, Project Hope Exchange is here for you. They invite you to leave an audio message, by following the simple instructions in the “Give Hope” section; listen to a message, by downloading or streaming one of the audio clips in the “Get Hope” section; or do both!

Cost: Free!
